Day 08: Romantic Moment
Doctor and Rose has a lot of romantic moments, but this one is the best. This is his proposal. This is the Doctor asking Rose to spend the rest of her life with him; to be his wife; to have their forever like she once wanted and he couldn't give to her. That remind me what Eleven said in The Rebel Flash "Human lives are amazing. Are you surprised they walked off with them?" The only opportunity the Doctor had to live a human life, he chose to share it with Rose.

It is so sad that they didn't give him more time - better said they gave us more time to get used to him.
